Refund Policy (Virtual Streaming Gifts)


This policy applies to all virtual tipping gifts for streamers sold in our store. All products are digital consumables with no physical form, exclusively for live streaming interaction.

  1. Order Cancellation

    Virtual gifts are processed and delivered instantly upon successful payment. Orders cannot be canceled once the gift delivery process starts. Order cancellation is only available within 30 minutes of payment if the gift has not been delivered to the streamer.

  2. General Refund Rule

    As instantly delivered digital products, transactions are final upon completion. We do not support unreasonable refunds except for system failures and delivery failures. All refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with the actual situation.

  3. Eligible Full Refund (Within 48 Hours of Purchase)

    Full refunds are available for system or payment errors: gift failed to deliver to the streamer, no tipping record generated, duplicate charges, or payment succeeded but no gift generated, provided the gift is unused and not transferred.

  4. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds will not be granted if the gift has been successfully delivered and received by the streamer; the gift has been used or transferred; or the request is due to accidental purchase, changed mind, or user operational errors.

  6. Additional Notes

    Virtual gifts are only for live streaming tipping interaction, resale is prohibited. We reserve the right to reasonably adjust and interpret this policy.
